My man just returned from Fiji where he was invited on an all expenses trip to play soccer. I know, pretty awesome right!
If someone is willing to pay thousands of dollars to fly him across the world to play soccer he has to have some talent.
He’s the striker, the goal scorer, the one who converts all the work of his team into a goal so that they can win the game.
Without his team he’s nothing. If his team can’t bring the ball up the field and get it to him there’s nothing he can do.
Well, he can try and do everything but that just exhausting. Eventually, he’s going to get tired and his game will suffer.
How fair would a soccer game be if it was eleven players against one? Not very.
So, what happened at his game. His team lost. They couldn’t get the ball up the field. at the same time, he got scouted to play on a professional soccer team.
His team was pissed they complained and they blamed but it wasn’t his game. If he played poorly no one would be scouting him.
He didn’t have the support he needed so he couldn’t show up at his best. Even though his talent was visible to others.
A Few Questions for you?
