Were you ever in a space where you really had to trust the Universe, God, or an unknown force outside of yourself?
Maybe you are in this space right now. Are you networking to bring in clients, marketing to build a list, running and exercising to let go of a certain amount of weight or just feel the power of a strong body?
Remember a Time When You Had to Trust with Your Full Heart and Soul
Go back and remember a time when you had bills piling up and no money in your bank account. Maybe you really wanted to take a specific vacation and you didn’t have the funds to pay for it so you set yourself a goal to make the money in time for the trip. Do you remember how you had to hustle and trust that the money would come in?
You trusted the money would come in and you chose to trust it would come in. And it did!
Maybe you were starting a new business and all you could do was trust that with all your marketing efforts, free calls, and blog posts your clients would come in.
You showed-up, and you trusted no matter what. With no sign-ups, no opt ins, very little engagement on your blog you trusted and then there was one “like”; then a comment; you received an opt-in; and someone signed-up to learn what it would be like to work with you.
The “likes”, the opt-ins, call attendance, curiosity about working with you increased, and then a real client. An actual paid client! You trusted and the clients appeared.
In every personal relationship you’ve ever had, especially in the beginning, you have trusted. You have trusted that your efforts would be reciprocated in some way. You trusted your friends and loved ones to be there for you when you needed them. You trusted your friends to be caring, and kind, fun, and loyal.
You trust your partner every single day. You have to be where you are in the moment and take it day by day.
You Live Your Life With Trust
When you walk outside your home you trust that something won’t come falling out of the sky to end your time here. You go out there you live your life, you enjoy. You don’t worry about the worst-case scenario. I bet on a daily basis it rarely ever comes up.
Sure you might have a favorite topic you like to worry about but you couldn’t live a full life without trust.
So knowing all this and how much you trust to live your life every single day, do you trust your team members? Why or why not?
