The idea for this habit should come from your team. It should not be a directive from you.
This will help to create more involvement with your business and create a greater sense of belonging and purpose on your team.
Because too many habits or routines that are not integrated into your business will become pointless busywork it is important to practice this new habit for at least 21 days before you add any new routines or customs. Give it time to become normal.
